1. All-Inclusive Policy
The nightly room rate includes the all-inclusive package, covering all meals and beverages for each guest staying in your room. Please Note: It is required to provide the full names of all guests staying in the room. The front desk will verify this information by checking passports upon check-in.For standard rooms, a maximum of 3 adult guests is allowed per room. For any additional details or specific inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach out to the support team at guestservices@destify.com or contact the hotel directly!
2. Is there a room block?
We wanted to let you know that we’ve decided not to set up a room block for our wedding. After carefully reviewing the options, we found that booking directly through our wedding website for your stay actually offered more affordable rates than those available through a room block. We hope this will help make your travel plans more convenient and cost-effective! We encourage you to book your room at your earliest convenience to ensure availability of your preferred accommodation.
3. What is the difference between Secrets and Dreams?
Dreams and Secrets are two different resort brands located within the same complex. The main difference between the two is that Dreams is a family-friendly offering, while Secrets is an adults-only experience. Secrets resorts are perfect for couples looking for an intimate getaway or honeymoon, while Dreams Resorts are family-friendly, with plenty of amenities and activities for children. If you are staying on the Secrets side of the resort, you will have full access to the amenities on the Dreams side. 4. What is a price match?
We also want to ensure you get the best possible rate for your stay. That is why we're excited to share that Destify, our travel partner, will offer a price match guarantee. If you find a lower rate for your room than when you book, they will match it to ensure you get the best deal available. Please view the entire price match policy here:

You can price match within 24 hours of making your original booking with Destify. Please email a screenshot and/or URL to guestservices@destify.com to verify the cost and date of the website they are matching. 5. What is the fee for guests choosing not to stay at the resort?
If you choose not to stay at the resort, please note that the resort charges a $125 fee per person, per day, for outside guests. This fee grants you full all-inclusive access to the resort for the entire day, including all meals, drinks, and amenities, until 1 am.
We would love for you to join us for all the wedding festivities, which will continue until around 10 pm. After that, feel free to keep the celebration going at the resort bars, which are open until 1 am!
Please note that the $125 fee for outside guests is a non-negotiable policy set by the resort. This fee is in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests during the events. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
6. Do I get plus one?
At this time, we regret that we are unable to accommodate plus ones for all of our guests. The names of all invited guests are listed on the RSVP page, and we kindly ask that only those invited attend. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you! Feel free to reach out to Olivia with any questions or concerns regarding a plus one.
7. What do I wear?
For our wedding, we’d love for you to wear cocktail attire. For women, we’re asking for a stylish long dress—something elegant, but comfortable enough to enjoy the celebration.
For men, a nice suit or blazer with dress pants and a shirt will do the trick. A tie is optional!

8. Is there a shuttle from the airport?
Destify will assist in booking your shuttle through Amstar to take you from the airport to the resort. While this is a convenient option, it is not a requirement. All guests are welcome to make their own travel arrangements if they prefer a shuttle or transportation option that best suits their needs.
9. What airport do I fly into?
The easiest travel arrangements for flights are into Puerto Vallarta. From there, you can take a shuttle or taxi to the resort, which is approximately a 30-45 minute drive, depending on traffic and transportation.

11. Can I use my Hyatt Member Points to book my stay?
Hyatt members can use their points to book their stay for the wedding, but please make sure to book directly through the hotel. Currently, reservations made through Destify do not allow the use of Hyatt points.
